When should I arrive to my appointment?
What hair products should I buy and where can I buy them?

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. If arriving more than 15 minutes late, we will likely have to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee will be applied. 

Our specialist will go over all the hair care products for your specific hair type, goals, and lifestyle. We highly recommend getting products through our salon. We offer top quality shampoos to prevent color fading and keep your hair healthy. Drugstore often sell old, (10+ years) harsh, tampered or counterfeit merchandise. We guarantee and stand behind what we use and sell. 

Should I do my color at home between visit?
Should I wash my hair before a color service?

Yes! Come with clean dried hair. Gone are the days where color works better on dirty hair. We recommend washing your hair the day before or day of your appointment. Please do not vigorously scrub your scalp. 

NO! We offer knowledge, experience, science and safety. We are license professionals that have done over 1500 hours in training plus our may years behind our chair. Hair color is a chemical and should be treated as such. We use top quality color that has exceptional grey coverage and longevity.

How often should I wash my hair?

That is completely up to you and your lifestyle/preference. We suggest applying shampoo twice to really ensure the hair is clean. (Shampoo Rinse Repeat) Followed with a conditioner concentrated on the ends. 

Is gratuity included in the price?

Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated.
